Henry
Henry Davis was born in 1732. In 1756, he married Ruth Dishman.
Henry and Ruth’s children that are listed in Henry’s will include:

- Mary married Jacob Harry.

He bequeaths 780 acres of land to these children, his wife, and a granddaugther Sarah. This was not all the land that he owned as he indicates in his will that his other lands that are not specifically mentioned are to be sold and the money is to go for the care of his wife with remaining funds to be distributed to his children and granddaughter Sarah upon his wife’s death.
There are several other potential children not listed by name in Henry’s will.
Henry and Ruth are buried at Abbotts Creek Primitive Baptist Cemetery in Wallburg, Davidson, North Carolina.
